Cupcake Ingredients: makes 16 cupcakes
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
2. Sift together Sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
3. Add the oil, egg and vanilla and mix well after each one.
5. Finally add the boiling water. Blend it in.
6. Fill cupcake liners a little less than 1/2 full.
7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Frosting Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup butter (100grams) softened
1/4 cup white chocolate(50grams) melted in microwave
2 Oreo cookies crushed
Directions for frosting:
1. Cream together butter and icing sugar.(be careful, icing sugar likes to fly around)
2. Add white chocolate and mix well.
3. Throw in the crushed Oreo and blend it in.
Allow your cupcakes to cool down.
Using your preferred method pipe the frosting over the cupcakes.
Put in the fridge to set the frosting.
