Ingredients: (makes 4 servings)
4 cups water
1/4 cup peeled and chopped ginger
1 cinnamon stick
Sugar to taste
Directions:
- In a medium-sized pot, bring water to boil. Add ginger and cinnamon and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
- When ready to serve, divide into individual cups add the sugar and garnish with pine nuts.
