Korean Ginger Tea

Stay strong during the flu season with this delicious tea!

Ingredients:  (makes 4 servings)
4 cups water
1/4 cup peeled and chopped ginger
1 cinnamon stick
Sugar to taste

Directions:
  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring water to boil. Add ginger and cinnamon and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. When ready to serve, divide into individual cups add the sugar and garnish with pine nuts.
